OsOO “DaniEl” is a producer of mayonnaise and ketchup under the trademark “Moya Mechta” (“My Dream”). The company's products are successfully sold on the market of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Top management declares its intention to take full responsibility for ensuring food safety. The success of the organization depends on the high quality and safety of the products we produce, which must meet or exceed the expectations of our customers and consumers.
The Food Safety Policy has been developed, implemented, communicated, and is maintained at all levels of our organization.
Top management has defined this Food Safety Policy and commits to:
- Comply with all legislative and regulatory requirements of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as customer and consumer requirements;
- Ensure the safety of food products in accordance with the FSSC 22000:2018 certification scheme;
- Identify, assess, and control risks affecting food safety;
- Ensure that every employee of the Company is informed of and understands this Policy;
- Implement motivation, continuous training, and competence development to engage every employee in the FSMS (Food Safety Management System), promote responsibility for the quality of the Company’s products, and raise awareness about the importance of individual actions in ensuring food safety;
- Require compliance with internal and external regulatory documents adopted by the Company by all participants in the food production and consumption chain — employees, contractors, and suppliers;
- Provide information and consultations to interested parties (contractors, the public, government bodies, consumers, and others) on issues related to quality and food safety, as well as fraud prevention;
- Maintain, periodically assess, and continuously improve the Company’s FSMS in accordance with the most up-to-date information on food safety hazards;
- Provide all necessary resources for the FSMS to implement the directions of this Policy;
- Confirm the effectiveness of the FSMS through internal and external audits;
- Maintain food safety objectives to ensure the continuous improvement of the FSMS and analyze the achievement of these objectives;
- Ensure internal communication with employees responsible for food safety through email, telephone communication, meetings, and weekly management briefings.
As the General Director of the Company, I am fully committed to this Food Safety Policy and assign responsibility for its successful implementation to every employee at all levels and departments of the Company.
